Scope

This notice applies to the website ordo3.com and to enquiries sent to us by e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp.

Data processed when you visit

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., processes technical data required to deliver the site: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system. This data is processed to operate the site securely and is not used to identify you. Cloudflare may process data in the United States under its data processing terms and standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no third-party fonts or scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain.

When you contact us

If you write to us by e-mail, call, or use the WhatsApp link, we process the data you provide, including your name, company, contact details and the content of your message, to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms, Inc.; its own privacy terms apply to messages sent through it.

Recipients

Data is not sold or passed to third parties for their own purposes. Service providers, such as our hosting and e-mail providers, process data on our behalf. Where an engagement follows, data may be shared with the specialist partners and local associates named in the proposal, and with counsel in the target jurisdiction where the engagement requires it.

Transfers outside the EU

The controller is established in the United States. Where data of persons in the European Union is transferred, we rely on standard contractual clauses or the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, where a proposal was made, for the period in which the proposal may still lead to an engagement. Contract and invoice data is retained for the statutory periods.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Requests can be sent to the e-mail address above.
